• Visits: Two scheduled visits per year
• Plan Term: Ongoing monthly plan, continues until canceled
• Monthly Cost: $30.00 per month
• Repair Discount: 15% discount on electrical repairs

Standard Electrical Maintenance (Included)

This plan includes all services covered in our standard electrical maintenance program.

• Inspect, clean, and torque all connections in the main electrical panel
• Inspect and verify grounding and bonding of the main electrical service
• Check voltage and amperage on all circuit breakers
• Inspect main service entrance cable
• Inspect exterior service meter
• Inspect utility termination points
• Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for proper operation and placement
• Test all GFCI outlets for proper operation, indoors and outdoors
• Recommend energy and cost-saving electrical upgrades

Standard Maintenance Schedule: One visit per year with a one-hour inspection.

Pool Electrical Services (Plus Coverage)

In addition to standard home electrical maintenance, this plan includes dedicated pool system inspections.

• Test and set timers and timeclocks for pool and outdoor lighting
• Inspect all outdoor lighting for proper operation
• Clean and inspect pool panel and equipment connections
• Verify grounding and bonding of pool equipment
• Test all GFCI outlets and breakers serving pool equipment

Pool Maintenance Schedule: Two visits per year with a two-hour inspection.
